I just watched the staff refuse to call 911 for an emergency in the lobby, “We can’t call, you need to call yourself.” I’m not sure if this is a liability concern but it’s a little strange to have someone respond to “Hey call 911.” with “We can’t.”

Upon trying to schedule my first appt with the Dr. I spoke with a very confused and inefficient staff member. After being put on hold for some time and given to someone else I found my appt. had not been made by the first staff member. I hesitate to get involved with the Dr. who I understand is very good for fear my record, medications etc. will be made a mess of.

Front office staff is a joke! Dr. could be great if you didn't have to worry about everything else: poor office staff, poor billing due to office staff lack of professionalism.

Dr. Sandoval was the best doctor I ever had. Very knowledgeable w/ autoimmune & cardiovascular disease. He's very patient, takes his time w/ you, listens to you, orders tests, gives you samples, you can get in to see him in a timely manner, his office wait time is around 15 - 20 minutes, he'll see you right away if you are very sick. I left because of his office staff. He has a revolving door of confused MA students, his full time staff are rude, forgetful, & they never gave him my messages.

this is a doctor with great medical expertise. however, he pays his staff very poorly and as a result they are rude, discourteous and unhelpful. do not be surprised if they never return phone calls, do not answer phone or keep you on hold for twenty minutes. their excuse is they are overworked and understaffed so doctor can keep all the money

I called for an appointment and spoke a kind and informative staff member...she was just as delightful at check-in and check-out. You know that feeling of hoping to find a doctor who understands your personality, medical issues and concerns? Well, I found him! We clicked! I didn't feel rushed and I felt like I had his undivided attention. I came home and recommended him to my roommate.

Would not refer Dr. Sandoval primarily due to his rude office staff. Very poor to nonexistent customer service for patients, especially seniors.
