Dr. Nelson Mata, MD

Dr. Mata has no empathy for patients and yells at his patients to intimidate them into not asking questions. This office is also incapable of submitting specialists referrals, coordinating with other doctors and forwarding medical records.

My parents are of legal age and whenever they go to an appointment with Dr. Mata they have a problem with their medication, since they always have to remind the nurse to send the medication order to the pharmacy, and that is not immediate, since my parents give her one to two days to go through the medicine. It's been more than two weeks since we left them a sheet so they can have a handicap's plate and it seems that until now they don't have the time. The worst, you can not talk to the Doctor if it is not by appointment. My parents don't want to say anything for fear that they will be denied the attention they need.

Horrible experience!!!! Ridiculous service! When I walked in no one greeted me, the employees were sitting at the desk eating, after almost two hours of waiting and filling out the new patient information they tell me they don't take debit! Only cash or check! What year do we live in?! And they couldn't tell me this two weeks prior, when I made the appointment! They were the rudest employees who were more interested in their food than helping a patient! Never going back there again.
