Dr. Hulbert is an exceptional doctor-one of the best I have ever encountered. I have great confidence in his medical expertise. He took his time explaining what was important for the care of my feet. He gave me great advice and strategies to improve my health. I moved to Florida from another state. I have been very apprehensive in finding new doctors, as it is no longer practical to continue medical care from my previous physicians. I am thankful to have found Dr. Hulbert.
