Dr. Nels Rose, DO

Dr Rose retaliated to my request to complain to patient advocate by withdrawing an MRI order.

Dr. Rose is caring, respectful and seems to be very mindful of previous encounters so I didn't have to repeat myself for the 50th time. he looked at old tests and notes from my doctor, he looked at what could be added. As an ER doctor he sat down and talked with us about our recent hospitalization, more than the hospital doctors did. It was very busy and we really appreciated him taking the time to walk us through his decision making plan.

Dr. Rose took care of my father in the emergency room today. My dad has advanced Alzheimer’s which complicates diagnosis and pain management. Dr. Rose patiently worked with my Dad while ensuring my Mom understood the significance of his deterioration and options for next steps

We had to bring my mom to the ER for a number of reasons. He was incredibly rude, arrogant, and dismissive. Aurora, do better than him

He had definitely decided what diagnosis he was going to give before getting any results. When the results came back as normal other than what I came in for he told me it was harmless despite pain

Awesome experience with Dr. Rose. Knowledgeable and efficient. Says like it is. We were in and out.

My two boys, young men, have both been patients of Dr Rose. They were both very happy with Dr Rose, his treatment plan and clear explanations to them.

Dr Rose was very compassionate and listened to me. He explained everything in plain language for me. I felt much better after being reassured that my chest pain was not heart related. I highly recommend him if you ever need emergency treatment.

Took my child in to Urgent Care and we were seen by Dr. Rose. He was quick into the room and took his time evaluating and treating my child. Appreciated his wit and sense of humor, extremely personable and down to earth. Hands down one of the best UC docs I've encountered.

I went to the ED, was seen quickly and he didn't waste my time or money. Dr. Rose didn't offer any unnecessary testing, he reviewed what had been done for me before and actually provided me with answers and a plan. He is very personable and funny. His humor does seem a bit "high brow" and may not be appreciated by some. I'd recommend him to anyone.

Don't Know why some give negative reviews. I thought he was polite, caring, and professional. Thank you Dr. Rose!

He sat & judged me for not vaccinating my child. He told me that why she keeps getting ear infections. (Which has nothing to do with it) Very rude & also criticized me for what my child was wearing. He said it’s not Xmas why does she Xmas pjs on. HORRIBLE bedside manner!!

Found what was wrong with me instantly that another hospital ER had not found in a less than 24 hour time period. Went with his gut instinct and CT SCAN confirmed he was right. Thank God he was there for me.

Outstanding, professional, quality care from Dr. Rose during my ER visit. Dr. Rose is very thorough in asking questions. He's an active listener to what is being said and what is not being said. His calming demeanor with patient, family and staff provides a calming environment in a crisis. Dr. Rose had thorough testing done and explained results in a most understandable fashion. He is very competent, direct and compassionate. Truly thankful to Dr. Rose and staff for their outstanding care during a medical emergency.

Provider was rude, Called me ignorant for my choice in my healthcare. Was very one sided and it was his side.

Dr. Rose is the most compassionate doctor I've ever had. He has treated me and my family with patience and explained everything that was going on in a stressful situation. He has also cared for my spouse the same way.

DR Rose is the worst DR I have ever had in my life. He is arrogant and cocky and doesn’t care for the treatment of his patients. He is the reason I will NEVER visit another Aurora clinic or hospital ever again. He has made me feel uncomfortable not once but twice and has told me I have no say so in the way my care goes. As a patient I always have that right.

My experience with Dr Rose is the worst experience I’ve ever had. He is a jerk and treats patients horribly. We were in the ER and he was talking about us in the hallway and we could hear it. He told other doctors wrong information, making them irritated at us. We asked for a different doctor multiple times and he said no. When we confronted him about how he was being rude, he refused to treat us and made us leave without the care we needed.
