Dr. Nejat Jalisi, MD

I have been with Dr. Jalisi Nejat for 8 years, and she has helped me with lots of referrals to the best doctors and they have helped me with my health Issues and also helped me with my alcohol addiction, I have been sober for years, and she dose my complete physicals, to make sure I am healthy, also all my appointments and exams are on time and good results, I also referred my family and friends to her office, their staffs are very professional and lots of respect for me and my medications are send to my pharmacy on time, I can only give her 5 stars, but she deserves 10 plus. Thank Dr, Jalisi and your Staff's.

The front disk girl , have 0 knowledge how to talk with patients and how to reschedule the appointment, if this is the situation of front disk your review will not go up in 100 years First you have to teach the front disk how to speak with customers and how to schedule their appointments I don’t recommend this location where is no knowledge for respect

She is thoughtful and caring, felt like a mother talking to me and comforting . Recommend her to all!

She is very rude and doesn't care about your health just money

They never answer the phone! So frustrating!!

I have called the office 4 times and have not received a call back from them ever! Their office says it's closed at 1:00pm on a Thursday and on the same recording says their hours are 8am to 5pm Mon thru Fri. Hmmmm.....terrible service. This is what Healthcare has come to folks. Sad sad sad.

Very disgorging. Its impossible to connect with your Dr, if you never see her. They need to have someone organize the process. Everyone is learning their jobs at the patient's expense. They can't even complete the orders to get the treatment you went to receive. Dr. Jalisi is a very good Dr. and needs to be a Dr. and find someone to manage the office.

Extremely compassionate and thorough listens, does not rush with your concerns.

She rarely sees her patients. Most of the visits are conducted by her assistants.

While Dr. Jalisi is nice enough her staff routinely fails to fill prescriptions/orders and/or gets them wrong. I have only had had Dr. Jalisi for approx 1 year and this has happened on at least 5 occasions. Furthermore, I have now been told that in order to refill a pain medication that I have taken for almost a DECADE with no changes in my condition or the quantity of the medication that I must make an appt to see the Dr for EVERY refill, that's about every 2 months. This is a scam, she is milk

Dr Jalisi gets no stars from me.. Her office is unorganized and on several occasions have not filled up with orders for X-rays, MRI's specialists etc.. Working with a Dr I had for 16yrs and endless medication trials I was forced to switch Dr's and ended up with Dr Jalisi who ignored every test, trial, exam I've had and discontinued all of my medications.. If she had followed through and gotten my medical records she would see what I've been through.. Most uncaring, unorganized, worst Dr ever
