I met Dr. Saunders today for the first time. I chose him as my general surgeon because of the reviews. I was not disappointed. This man is a true doctor who cares. He didn’t send me on my way to figure it out else where. He was courteous, He explained all my symptoms in a manner I could understand and went over a game plan for care and my comfort. When his nurses were busy he stepped in to do my vitals, and get me to where I needed yo be for further care. A scary day at the doctor’s office went well and I definitely recommend Dr. Saunders to anyone considering Emory General Surgery.

Dr. Saunders and the Emory gastro dept are exceptional. Dr. Saunders not only explained the procedure including risks, but took the time to draw pictures so that I could better understand the process. And great results!
