The staff is great and I'm very happy with my doctor. However, it is EXTREMELY difficult to reach the practice by phone. I've given up trying. Luckily I can use the MyChart, but we were in the parking lot and had a question but could not get through and had to come in. Very frustrating and this is my usual experience.

DR. Is too busy over the computer that, other than BP and looking in ears and listening to heart and lungs, there is not the level of interaction that there was pre-virtua. Now it is as if one is on the clock and no deviation is allowed. I have has the same pcp since 1975 with no issue until this new system which seems to be modeled after a high volume dental center, clock watching, just the basics. So disappointing.
