Neil Kramer is a wonderful and caring physician. He is a true diagnostician and will evaluate your history to understand your medical issues with only the testing and medications required. Making an appointment is difficult. it is routinely three (3) months to obtain an appointment, even after after specialist referral. All calls are answered by machine, with very poor follow up. Kwanza (staff member) lacks professional manners to assist the excellent physician.

He is caring, on top of his game, always on time, and has helped me understand and manage my RA in an incredible manner. I drive 7 hours since moving to continue under his care.

I've been with Dr. Kramer for fifteen years. His office staff is brilliant, his nurses are pros. He is a medical genius with a great bedside manner who can explain quickly and with great clarity very complicated medical issues. I would--and have--recommended him to friends, neighbors & family.

Poor communication from the doctor as well as staff. His assistant is not helpful and it is very difficult to reach the doctor. In my opinion Dr. Kramer has poor bedside manner and lacks the knowledge to properly diagnose medical conditions. I would not recommend him.
