I would not recommend Dr. Fullan. He doesn't remember from one visit to the next the dosages of medications my daughter takes, even though it appears that he writes them down. He asked me to "help him remember" how to prescribe hr medications...I shouldn't have to help him do his job!!! He once took a personal phone call during an appointment, and visited with the person, rather than telling them he would call back! Not impressed. In the process of changing doctors.
