The Dr was ok. However, if u need to reach them for something good luck. No one ever answers the phones. U can hit every extension there is and no one will answer or return ur message. It took days to get a call back.

NO! This doctor has no bedside manner. Barely looked up at me and seemed affronted when I asked him about the side effects of Prolia. He told me if I can find any to please bring them to him. When he called me to tell me I have a life long disease, he did not have my file in front of him to give me the IMPORTANT numbers. Ordered a vitamin test and NEVER called to give the results. To add insult, this doctor went ahead and called a SPECIALITY pharmacy and ordered TWO very expensive medications WITHOUT my directive. I stay in network for my Dr. visits and called 1 month BEFORE my appointment AND gave them my insurance card information, and they never told me THEY DO NOT TAKE MY INSURANCE and billed me OUT OF NETWORK!! Needless to say, STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE!!

Dr cohen reviewed my thyroid labs I brought to him as a new patient. I've been taking Nature-throid through a script from my Naturopathic MD for years and its great. Dr Cohen suggested Synthroid. Reluctantly I agreed to try it. 2months later my TSH had risen by a whole point and I was gaining weight. Dr cohen ignored me. Said come back in 6 months. My hair began to fall out in clumps so I had my internal MD draw my thyroid labs. My TSH is 3.3! Dr Cohen drastically UNDER dosed me on Synthroid!
