His patient gave him 10 stars, I had to break it to her, 5 was max... Gave a clear, specific explanation of current status, goal, and whys. Took time during the rehab visit, and talked to the 90 y/o pt as an intelligent adult, not an old woman who didn't need to know the details.

A very capable and caring Pulmonologist.
Takes the time to answer all of your questions/concerns in language a lay-person can understand. Stays technically up to date via latest journals and technical papers related to his practice. I highly recommend Dr. Clements and his organization, Tucson Pulmonology.

Dr Clemets continues to save my life! In my opinion, he is the most knowledgeable, smartest, empathetic, pulmonologist in our city. We’re lucky to have him. I almost didn’t live after being admitted in the ER, I coded 2x I was revived-I can’t recall what happened, I know Dr Clemets intubated me, he’d told me he thought I was not going to make it through..I cried, I saw a single tear running down his face. Every time I’m admitted, I know I’m in good hands because he’s my pulmonologist and explains in lawman terms what is happening to me. He’s the best pumonogist I’ve ever had..I’m lucky to have him as my Dr. I’d like to say (although it’s not enough, thank you) for saving my life numerous times, and continue to do so, Dr Clemets!

Dr. Neil Clements saved my life. I literary crawled to his office 4 years ago. He is a very knowledgeable pulmonologist. He has truly helped me and is excellent when he operates on me. God bless him! I traveled from Illinois where they could not help me. Thank you, Lied, for this fine doctor!

As a healthcare provider, I was very disappointed in the care and treatment that I received from Dr. Clement’s staff. When I responded to their email survey about the care received, they called and discharged me from the practice! I guess they didn’t really want to know! No one called to ask about my observations or to clarify what I had written, only to accuse me of HIPPA violations when in fact I only repeated to them what I heard from their staff while I sat in their waiting room! Unbelievable!

Only one star cause you have to. My hubby has Pulmonary Fibrosis. On our last visit we were told to follow up in 6 months. Don't call us, we'll call you. Before the 6 months hubby got pneumonia, hospital sent CAT scan. We called for appointment. Told-Don't call us, we'll call you. At 6 months called expressed that we were to have appointment at 6 months. Don't call us, we'll call you. Hubby sick again. Called. Don't call us, we'll call you. At 1 year called explained was a year but was supposed to be 6 months. Told. Don't call us, we'll call you. 14 months since last appointment called asked for appointment. Told. Don't call us, we'll call you. Gave up. Found new Dr. Had appointment with them. 2 months after that appointment Dr Clements office called for appointment! Said gave up and moved on. 2 months after that we got a letter from them stating we CHOSE to move on.... Seriously! Our wonderful Dr who left us in their care would be ashamed.

My experience was ( is) fantastic. He saved my life, has never , ever made me. Feel like he didn't have time to explain what was happening to me , what procedures were to be done and why. He also gave my family the same consideration. We ( my family and I ) cannot thank him enough. We all appreciate his consideration of us . He is the most knowledgeable doctor and man that I have ever known.
