long extra long waiting time in the waiting room and in the room they set you in for you to nap, if you work from home you could work from here waiting because they wont see you for a few hours!

He is an amazing dr with a great bedside manor if your ever sick and in the hospital... he is also very through with his pts and takes time to actually listen and try to help fix the problem.

He is the best he was my doctor from 2008 and I moved almos 80 miles from him so i had to change drs. Sire do miss him.he saved my lifeto Dr Herndesky for the hernia mess up of some else

Dr. Alkarra is a wonderful PCP and very attentive to all health needs. I trust him with the care of my Mother, Father, myself and Husband.

Dr. Alkarra is the most caring, compassionate physician I have ever worked with. He shows true compassion for his residents and patients, and always answers my questions in a timely fashion. I was so impressed with his exceptional care that I now to go him as my own PCP. Highly recommend!

Once again, I booked an appointment as his first booking of the afternoon. Once again, I checked in 15 minutes early because I respected his time. Once again, I paid over 100 bucks up front. Once again, I waited over an hour after being weighed and a quick BP check. He saw 2 walk-in salespeople while I waited. I walked out. He kept my money with no apology. My time is valuable too. This has happened with every visit. No more. I'm finding a doctor that respects me as well.

Dr Alkara is a pleasant person but his staff is rude and has a "care less" attitude. Record keeping is terrible, and follow up after treatment is non existent. You will have a long office wait and don't expect coordination with other physicians. They are fine with having you wait in the waiting room for 3 hours with a scheduled appointment. If you cancel said appointment on the day of, they will still charge you $25.

Any doctor who is not invested in your personal health will make generic decisions and ignite a bland diagnosis. Found his care to be evasive and cold.
