Uncaring Doctor, Rude Staff, Money Focused Only
I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to warn others about my terrible experience with Dr. Pawar and her practice. From the moment I stepped into her office, it was clear that patient care was the last thing on their minds. Dr. Pawar is more concerned with making money than actually helping her patients. She shows zero empathy, doesn't listen to concerns, and seems completely indifferent to anything but her bottom line.To make matters worse, her staff is shockingly rude and unprofessional. They refuse to answer any questions over the phone, insisting that you come in for a consultation just so they can bill you. It’s nothing but a money-making scheme disguised as healthcare. If you value your health, time, and hard-earned money, stay far away from this practice. There are plenty of other docs who care about their patients not Dr. Pawar is not one of them. Don't believe the positive reviews.Regards,Former Patient

Disconnected Doctor, Rude Staff, Incorrect Billing
This is the most uncaring-disconnected doctor I have ever visited. I have had billing issues with this office on many occasions. When you try to call the office to get clarifications on the bill, they ask you to call the billing number. When you call the billing number, they tell you to call the doctors office since they put the code in. It's a never ending chase. Plus the staff is not helpful and borderline rude. This place is purely run like a business without an ounce of care towards there patients. After my physical with the doctor, the office called (after 6 weeks!) with my numbers. When I requested the doctor call me back, the office person said that the doctor does not call patients and I would need to come in (so that I can be charged for a visit) instead of answering a question I had about my medication. This doctor does not care about her patients. Stay away from this practice!

she needs to care about patients and fire staff
Like use to be good now just the worst will never take step in this office again. I had a horrible car accident made a appointment waited over 40 minutes was told I had wait another 40 minutes I don't understand why the booked that much like our time matters too just throwing someone in a room and making them wait is wrong.Like we are post covid actually its still here and flu season if I'm wearing mask why does not single member of her staff wash there hands or wear gloves when working on you or see your wearing a mask and think to put one on or ask if you feel more comfortable to wear one them selves. they do not care about you and they make so many billing mistakes. the students they have work there are rude and if there the future in medicine we are in BIG BIG BIG BIG BIG TROUBLE. Simone is the rudest front desk people of all time like she doesn't like doing her job I had to ask for manager because she didn't want to take me an appointment because she didn't want to do no fault ar

I will definitely recommend Dr. Pawar.
Dr. Pawar is caring, thorough and attends as if I am the only patient. We are very pleased with the nursing and office staff as well! We got help when without visiting her office as well. Getting the appointment is very easy, staff is very friendly and courteous and pays attention to your needs.

My previous review of dr pawar was a computer error. There was no narrative and only one star appeared - this in fact represents quite the opposite of my experience at her office. My “take away” after leaving my appointment is simple: gratitude. I was grateful for her discretion, her deep understanding of my ailment, her generous spirit, and, most important, making me feel as though I were her only patient. Thanks doc!!

We had a horrible experience with Dr. Pawar. She has very bad communication and does not care about her patients. Went in for medical tests and did not hear back for weeks. When the results finally came in her office contacted us and said we needed to make an appointment to hear the results. Obviously, we started to panic. She refused to see us for a week longer and did not return several calls to inquire about the results. It’s so disrespectful to treat patients this way. What could have been a one minute phone call would have put our minds at ease. If you are looking for a doctor who cares about patients, look elsewhere.

Set up an appointment as a new patient for a physical based on recommendation. I received a call less than 24 hours before scheduled appointment asking me to move my appointment 2 hours earlier. I explained I had already taken the time from work and could not change it now. No good.. Why do healthcare professionals believe they can treat patients/clients this way when the rest of world honors appointments and makes every effort to keep them?
