Dr. Neha Mehrotra, MD

I saw Dr Mehotra last month, She is the best endocrinologist i have seen yet. She is very generous and offered to lend me an ear for problems that aren't Endocrine related. She made a big difference for me, even cared about my mental health. I highly recommend seeing her.

I read the only review on this doctor, should have taken the advice, waste of time and money.Dr told me any questions, do not call office, go through my UPMC. Please allow up to 48 hours for a reply, this is a joke. I did that, still waiting since March 21, 2024 and NOBODY, has responded to me. I was told by doctor, I would receive a call for an appointment for nurse educator at Jameson, no later than the day after my appointment, she responds immediately, not true, never happened. Very disappointed and dissatisfied with this office. I have managed many physicians offices, including JOSLIN DIABETES CENTER - WPH Pittsburgh Pa. Never did I, nor they disregard our patients as you. Her bedside manner is non existent. She doesn’t return messages through the portal, like not even have staff answer. She has no idea what she’s doing. I’ve been waiting over 6 months for a prescription she ordered because no one makes it or stocks it anymore. She doesn’t even know what prescriptions and doses she writes out. She accused me of hoarding and stealing meds because of a mistake on her end. Then found the error and acted like nothing happened. If u want to waste your time and money and health definitely she her!
