Dr. Lelani spent time taking my medical history and listening to my symptoms. I was seeing promptly at my appointment time and did not feel rushed at all. Dr. Lalani ordered lab test and check back with me to explain the results. I’m very happy with the medical care I received at Dr. Lalani’s office.

Dr. Lalani took her time with me and was the first doctor that was so thorough with her analysis of my lab work. I always felt like she was my partner in the journey to address the best solutions to address my diabetes. She takes the time necessary and makes sure you understand her point of view. All the other doctors I have been to have left me with the impression that I was a paycheck, but Dr. Lalani truly cares about you.

Dr. Lalani took time to interview me about my health history, meds and current concerns. She was thorough in learning about my history and she completed a physical exam. She was easy to talk with, gave detailed information about next steps and answered all my questions. I was able to promptly make an appointment and her West Lake Office is very comfortable.

She was very kind, polite and thorough during my office visit with her. She took her time to look over my previous lab results from another doctor and then ordered different labs to further try to figure out a plan of treatment for me. She listened to my questions and answered them all.
