Horrible doctor! First available doctor for televisit (I see why) with severe Covid symptoms related to asthma and breathing wanting to get paxlovid prescription , which I have gotten a number of times in the past with no issues. She refused to give me a prescription, saying I hadn’t done bloodwork in one and a half years and needed to have it done within one year to check my liver and kidney levels, which were fine a year and a half ago and always have been fine. She told me to go get bloodwork done with a high fever and Covid symptoms, wait 3 days for results and symptoms to worsen , and then take when the results come in . I asked her about if she wanted me to go to expose all those people to get bloodwork , and she said wear and n-95 mask, which I don’t have. She was raising her voice at me and refused to send a message to my primary physician. Stay away!

Dr Motiwala is a very caring physician She is extremely smart and very thorough She has helped me several times through medical crises I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone seeking an internist

I went for my annual physical and she charged me claiming I came into talk about a specific issue. Avoid at all costs.

After my primary doctor left the practice I went to see Dr. Motiwala twice. All this time she was very rude and would not listen to my questions. I would not recommend anyone to see her.

I've had the misfortune of having two different appointments with this doctor and both appointments were awful. She always seems to have availability when my primary doctor doesn't...I wonder why. She has no bedside manners whatsoever, she rushes you out of the appointment even though you spend a half hour waiting, she does not listen to your concerns, and she is just plain unfriendly. I would never recommend this doctor.

Dr. Motiwala charged me twice for a single visit when it was a preventative visit. She kept on complaining about her life and surroundings and was not focused on the patient. She was rushed to go home.

I never went to a doctor for a physical where the only thing I took off was my shoes.

Doesn't seem to care about anything but running up exorbitant bills. $900+ for a routine physical exam is more than three times what I paid to another (far more competent) doctor for the same service only two years prior. She completely ignored my concerns and potentially life-threatening information in both my personal and family history, and she dismissed my questions.

My primary care physician was not available so I was stuck and had to see Dr. Motiwala. Terrible experience. She was rude and most importantly gave me a wrong diagnosis that has left me with a hefty insurance bill. She told me that a doctor took my insurance however, they didn't. Very upset with this quality of care. Do yourself a favor and do not see this doctor.

Dr. Motiwala did a fantastic job of diagnosing my Hashimoto's disease. She was extremely careful, doing every test required to figure out exactly what was going on with me. She was also extremely nice. I highly recommend Dr. Motiwala.

Does not care about patients. Rushes you out and quick to say your fine. Never looked at nose or ears.....probably why she missed ear infection.

My primary care wasn't available and she was - she was condescending, dismissive and didn't let me complete a sentence. AND wrong with diagnosis! Never again!

Worst experience I've ever had with a doctor. She was so cold and dismissive. I will NEVER go back.
