Dr Uppal is kind and generous

I have been going To Dr. Uppal for several years . I find her very caring, concerned about any issues you are having ,very prompt and patient. Have referred her too many friends,who feel the same as I do. Her staff is always pleasant and makes you feel welcomed.

Dr. Uppal has ZERO empathy, acts like you are wasting her time. She does not follow through with the prescriptions she states she will prescribe. Leaves you hanging waiting for them, when asked about it she makes you feel like you are the inconsiderate one. Do not waste your time. She does not listen to any concerns or ailments you think are important. She works to get you off the phone and out of her office. She doesn’t care much after that. There are so many great Dr’s close by. Do not waste your time or breath on the lady. Very rude inconsiderate person.

Dr. Uppal is very Professional. She Listens to her patients, thoughtfully explains health issues very well, orders appropriate tests, and provides referrals to qualified doctors when necessary. Dr. Uppal's MAs and Nurses are highly qualified, knowledgeable and professional as well. She sets a high standard for accuracy, and efficiency for her office staff while maintaining just the right balance of friendliness to allow her patients to feel comfortable in a medical environment. I highly recommend Dr. Neena Uppal and her Staff!

Dr. Uppal and her team are very thorough. I'm extremely pleased to have her as my family physician. Caring doctors are hard to fine and I believe my wife and I have found one the best Arizona has to offer! A true gem!

How can she be geriatric when she won’t take Medicare. I don’t get it

Fantastic physician and team approach to your care! Dr. Uppal, her PA Danielle and Nurse Diana work hard to make sure all of your health issues are dealt with professionally, timely, and accurately! Love this team! Very caring and thorough! They are great at referring you out to other great specialists if needed. So happy I found them!

Dr Uppal is very caring , kind but firm. She always have time for us, even when we dont have an appointment she will take us..we highly recommend her, we have been with her 6 years..

I just called to make an appointment with Dr. Uppal as a new patient. The first question that I was asked- Are you a smoker? Well, this Doctor does not accept smokers as patients!! WOW!! Discrimination!!

My mother and I have been patients of Dr. Uppal for over 10 years. She listens carefully to our concerns. She often mentions recent medical studies and takes them into account. She demonstrates genuine compassion and support. Her office runs smoothly and wait times are reasonable.

Just called for a first appointment with Dr. Uppal. Scheduler was helpful and took the time to explain how the practice functioned. I appreciated that. I am transferring my medical care from a practice where the phone wait was 65 minutes to reach someone and a 2-1/2minute visit with the Doc. Due to the great organization of this practice, I'm hopeful that this can be my forever primary care Doc!

Dr. Uppal made me feel so uncomfortable and inconsequential during our initial "introduction" visit! Awful, terrible, uncomfortable feeling. Everyone else in the office/practice was amazingly nice and I was so happy - until I met her. Made me feel like a spectacle. Disinterested and seemingly annoyed by my presence. Felt as though she didn't trust me. Cold as ICE! Horrible experience. Never going back there!
