NO. She's nice enough, but I have a terrible time getting my prescriptions. Not just a one time fluke or during a limited period. Almost every time. I am surprised when I do get them filled on the first try. Currently need a refill. Started a week ago and I am almost out of pills. Tried mybeaumontchart and it said it was filled 3 days ago at the pharmacy requested, but it's not there and they were just told that it can not be refilled (because it was allegedly just filled). Tried calling the office and the phone just kept ringing. I've been there several years. It is not because of COVID. It is incompetence.

Always an issue. Once was told my specimen results would be called in to me. It didn't leave one. Wrong medicine prescribed . PA called in a script for 45 pills, 30 is the most any insurnace covers. Talked to my doctor virtually on the 1st, for a script. 4 days later the pharmacy has nothing for me. Call on phone, leave message, no one calls back for days if at all. Very unprofessional.

Terrible staff. The office is always slow and backlogged. It's a shame that a good doctor employs such a terrible staff. I've left messages everyday since last week without a return call. I guess they are not concerned with the medications that other doctors prescribed... I sure hope there aren't any deadly or harmful interactions because they can't call me back.
