Dr. Chu knocked me out of my socks when I first met her, and I absolutely understand why my PCP referred me to her. She takes her time to diligently listen to your questions, eloquently formulate answers to those questions and concerns, and goes beyond that to make you feel right at home. I absolutely look forward to being her patient for hopefully years to come! On top of all of that, she is an amazing voice for the LGBTQ+ community, specifically her trans clients who have historically been underserved. Thank you, Dr. Chu!!

It took me 5 months to see the doctor never read my paperwork turned it in at the front office. The doctor wanted me to submit my numbers on meter each week. Really a challenge sending paperwork that was never looked at for at least four or five days, been very ill with diabetes. When I call the office at 8:00 am all you get is an answering machine. Never know where the doctor is I had my primary hunt her down. The problem with this doctor does not take the extra step to help the patient.

I typically go to a naturopathic DR for my hypothyroid but had my levels checked with my primary care DR. She referred me to Dr. Chu to go over my results. I honestly thought I would have been given a prescription and out of the office in 10min. That was not the case! Dr. Chu spent 45min with me going over everything in great detail and answering many of my questions with a honest and kind heart. She is so knowledgeable and genuine. I left with answered questions and no medications! 5 + stars!
