Dr. Goyal was very condescending and dismissive toward not only my clinical questions but towards her clinical colleagues outside of neurology. As an individual with post-graduate technical education I have had the pleasure of working with many socially tone deaf individuals, but it is disappointing to be seen by someone who clearly is so self-interested she doesn’t have an understanding of her impact on the people she is supposed to be helping. Perhaps the case is that she understands but just doesn’t care enough.

Dismissive and demeaning. Traveled far to see a specialist. Came with abnormal blood and nerve conduction test results looking for answers. Humiliated me in front of a med student as she proceeded to claim my problems were all basically “software” (it’s all in your head) problems despite the test results. Would not recommend.
