Dr. Nawar Soda, MD

I recently took my mother to Dr. Soda's urgent treatment center in lexington ky nicholasville road. She was treated appallingly. I will never return. They have no policies about covid screening before entering the facility. They made my very ill, high risk mother feel horrible, didn't talk to her about her diagnoses or treatments, they pushed her out of the door and made her feel terrible. It took over 2 hours and 3 phone call requests to get her prescriptions sent to her pharmacy. No follow up information was given. She was never seen my an actual provider only a nurse. Do not go to Lexington Urgent Care. As a front line healthcare worker I an tell you this clinic is unprofessional, poorly run and does not use best practices for screening as outlined by the CDC and health departments.
