Second visit with Sherpa and I'm not happy. He's very nice, but he seems dismissive when I try to talk about my issues. When I tried to bring up my reason for making the appointment - my prescription equipment needs - he brushed me off and ushered me out. It's not easy for me to get to in person appointments.
