Dr. Nausheen Gowani, MD

She was great taking care of my husband, in Medical city McKinney

Dr. Gowani was the floor physician while my father was at Medical City McKinney for a bladder issue. She wanted my mother to sign paperwork to have my father have a tele-psych appointment and my mother said no, at the advisement of my fathers outpatient psych. Dr. Gowani didn’t like that, so she bullied my mother, threatened to not release my father, tried to scare my mother that the hospital would get a court order to g-tube my father, and cornered her in the room to continue the bullying. My dad has gotten the discharge orders, but bc Dr. Gowani is mad she didn’t get her way with the tele-psych, is now ordering more tests and refusing to let them leave the hospital until “she’s satisfied”. Keep in mind, my dad is there for an urology issue…… not a psychiatry issue. So boo to Gowani, so not like, avoid like a great white shark.
