My entire experience was perfect, from the nurses, anesthesiologist to Dr NGO’s removing my ovaries and fallopian tubes. He explained everything to me, I’ve experienced no pain or bleeding, and my incisions have healed. Thank you Dr Ngo.

I have seen Dr. Ngo twice now with similar outcomes, he does not answer questions clearly. He dances around the issue. I am a medical professional and asked him to be direct and he did not. He did not remember me from my previous interaction with him. He kept saying the phrase "this is normal" when my last interaction and response to treatment I later found was not "normal" at all.

Dr. Ngo was, and continues to be a compassionate and wonderful doctor. I had an emergency appointment, was seen the same day, and he's been following me since. I couldn't ask for better, more thorough, or more compassionate care from him and his staff. He's been amazing. 10/10.

I have never felt so invalidated, physically hurt, and ignored in my entire life. I would NOT recommend this man to anyone looking for a gynecologist, unless you want to risk being dismissed and dying due to lack of care.
