Dr. Nathaniel Bergman, DO

Had an apptmt with him at the Cleveland Clinic Functional Medicine Dept and he was the nastiest Dr I have ever encountered. I had been ill for 30 years, diagnosed with CFS, Fibromyalgia, Hypothyroidism, Hyperparathyroidism, Adrenal Insufficiency, Chronic Pain,and Severe Food Intolerance, Hypoglycemia, EMF Sensitivities, etc. I was desperate for someone to help me, to figure out why and what to do, and had been to many Drs. and heard good things about CCFM Dept. It felt like my last resort. Almost immediately he became condescending and antagonistic, nastily telling me "what am I supposed to do with you - I'm a Dr and can throw medications at you, but you won't be able tolerate them" and with only looking at my file, not discussing my health with me, told me he had nothing to offer me and started out he door. I told him I cant live like this anymore, so he came back in , turned on the computer and told me to watch a video that might help me and left. So unkind and uncaring.
