Saw one of the providers (which was the PA. ) Waiting in a back room for a hour and 15 mins. They forgot about me. Then the provider came in, with a rude bedside manner and talking so fast I couldnt understand much of what he said. Took less than 10 secs looking in one ear. Didn't even check my other one. And proceeded to be unprofessional argue with me instead of taking the time to listen to me. And I had to argue with him to get bloodwork ordered. This Dr just wanted to pass me off so I wasn't his problem.

left my husband waiting in the room for over 2 hours! and they had taken his glucose test and was very high! didnt offer him water, very rude staff, they made him sign a paper without explaining what he was signing, the receptionist told him ,"just sign it and you could be on your way out" I work in the medical field and i will be fired if I treat a patient like that, we called to ask if they gave him any RX, and the receptionist said we cant talk to you, i said hes right here i had them on speaker, my husband told them im here, they called another rude lady and she said where his medicine was called at and she also told us about his referrals and how they are not over night, like we were stupid that didnt know!, i said we know what a referral is and how it works she yelled at me saying she shouldnt be talking to me. They never explained anything to us, worst office ever staff is extremely rude .

If I could leave no stars or negative stars I would. Wait times are WAY longer than 10 minutes, usually you are scheduled to show up one hour BEFORE the MA or PA gets there. I'm not even sure there IS a Dr. Williams that works there. Doors are kept locked at all times. If they are your primary care, you MUST schedule an appointment, they WILL NOT see you for urgent care. The PA Jean-Pierre Emanuel is very loud, rude, cannot speak English clearly(he also wears 2 face masks AND a plastic face sheild) and interrupts the patient constantly. I told him I had a degenerative condition told to me and discovered by a real MD, and he said there is no such thing. Told him I had sciatica, he told me..without examining me...that I do not. When they say they will call you with test or image results, do not trust them!!! YOU have to call THEM!!! I'm STILL waiting for them to call me on my results of my MRI back in September!!!!

I recommended this clinic but it was not a good recommendation. My sister saw the doctor and the prescription that was sent to the pharmacy was for another patient & for the next couple of days they were closed, there was a note on the door. No help by contacting the emergency number, no doctor on call.
