Dr. Nathan Shane, DPM

THIS DOCTOR KNEW 3 DAYS IN ADVANCE THAT HE WOULD HAVE TO CHANGE MY APPOINTMENT TIME, BUT I WAS NOT CALLED UNTIL THE MORNING OF THE APPOINTMENT!!! WHEN I ASKED WHY I WAS NOT CALLED THE PREVIOUS DAY, THE RECEPTIONIST SAID SHE WAS TOO BUSY MAKING OTHER CALLS!!!

Dr Shane was right on target with the diagnosis of my feet pain. Took the care and treatment he recommended and I am very happy with the outcome.

Dr. Shane took the time to really talk to me about my issue, and take the time to deal with me not liking my feet touched! He was very explanatory about what was going on with my foot and what the desired outcome would be. When discussing the surgery aspect, we went into detail about what would happen, how the surgery would go, what I would have to look forward to after wards with recovery time and needing a scooter and letting me know about how long all this would take long term for healing, pain, down time for being off my foot and even possible physical therapy. I have NEVER had a doctor be as nice, gentle and descriptive as Dr. Shane, I highly recommend him.

As usual my experience with ONE PARKVIEW has always been positive. However my urgent need for a foot and ankle physician, Dr Shane was assigned to my appointment. I was very much impressed with every phase of my visit and the detailed interest and solutions in solving my issues.

This was my final visit after having foot surgery in June. Dr Shane as always was amazing, not in a hurry, open to questions and concerns and of course ready to help

I amazingly was able to get a same day appointment when I called about foot pain I was having. The appointment went smoothly with pertinent information taken, and X-rays done. When Dr. Shane met with me he had already read notes from my other doctor. He did a full examine of my foot and gave me his opinion with a plan of care, in a very friendly manner. In and out of the office within 30 minutes. I would highly recommend Dr Nathan Shane.

Dr Shane is a very caring young Dr. He is very professional and friendly. If you have food problems don’t hesitate to give him a visit. He has treated my metatarsal pain for over a year now. No complaints at all.

Dr. Shane took the time to talk to me as a person and help me understand what my issue was and how to treat it.

Explain the problem with my foot and the treatment I need. Also let me make the decision about my care.

I booked a second opinion appt w/ Dr. Shane which turned out to be useless. What I wanted Dr. Shane to do was to review records from a previous surgery I had by another M.D. & let me know if he thought that more surgery was warranted on the same foot. The visit started by his assistant taking 10 mins to record a VERY extensive med history. Dr. Shane then came in & started asking me the exact same questions as his assistant did. I asked him why he did not review what his assistant just recorded & the records I released to his office. He stated he wanted to make sure his assistant did not miss anything and was unaware that my visit was for second opinion and that if he took the time to review all his patient's records, he would not have time to see 40 visits per day. I told him that he was not prepared for my visit and that I deserved better care. I left his office after that. He was more interested plowing thru 40 patients a day & getting $$$ than providing high quality care. SAD!

The dr explained everything so I could understand. He answered all my questions.
