Much of the preliminary screening and testing was done by a nurse (PA perhaps?) who was thorough. Dr. Podoll reviewed some of the info, did his exam, and discussed findings clearly.

I left With Worst Vision than I went in With !
I went in for eye exam. Was told I had cataracts. Everyone I saw there told me I would see great and the colors would be so vibrant. I was going to have both eyes done and decided to just have the right eye. Glad I did. Surgery Messed up my vision in my right eye. Dr. promised me he would repair the vision problem. I was told by other Vision Specialists I could have waited or not had the cataracts removed at all. This office made me feel like I was with a bunch of used cars sales people. SELL THAT OPERATION. Over and Over they said 'You will see great' I was going to wait and not do the surgery but they talked me into to it.Dr. said weeks later ' I hate to see someone leave my office WITH WORST EYE VISION THAN THEY WALKED IN WITH.' I used to be able to see distance very very well, not any more. Has effected my driving especially in heavy traffic. Very had to see highway signs. This has also effected my Peripheral Vision. VERY DISAPOINTED WITH DOCTOR AND OFFICE PERSONEL.

Amazing Doctor!!!
Dr. Podoll is an amazing Doctor! He is detailed, Kind, patient and is an expert in his field! He is not only my primary eye Doctor he has done cataract surgery on me. I would never go to another eye doctor!!!
