Was the doctor that saw me in St Elizabeth hospital. Really liked him. Took a lot of time and test to find out what was wrong with me. Changed my primary care doctor to him. Very pleased. Listens to you and explains what is going on. Had been going to doctors and specialists for a while and no one took time to figure out problem. Gallbladder had not been working for a while and found it had gangrene. Dr. Marchand did not give up until found the problem. It was removed and much better now. Thanks to doctor for not giving up like others had done. Very pleased with him. Cannot say enough good things

I was in St Elizabeth Hospital and Dr Marchand took call. I had never met him before, I was very sick and nobody knew why. He ordered all the test to try to find out, he was there every day and answered all our questions. He still not sure what happened, recommended I go see a Rheumatologist. I give a 5 for his bedside manners and a 5 for being a Dr., never heard from my family Dr.

Dr Marchand greets me by name when I see him. He listens to what I tell him. He answers questions well and uses plain language so I understand what he just said. Very thorough. He’s not afraid to send you to a specialist and has no problem with you requesting who you prefer.

Wasn't at all happy with the way he conducted business, He never once introduced himself. He never followed up with his findings, said he would return and didn't!!!! I felt like he way over medicated my mother at 90 yrs old. Would not recommend him at all ...
