I could not of had a better experience & recovery
Dr. Mall did a knee replacement on each of my knees. Everything went well and I recovered quickly. I never found him to be rude or arrogant. He explained the plannned procedure and answered my questions. My only issue was when I went in for rechecks, his staff usually looked at me to check on progress instead of him. However, that seems to be more and more common work for nurse practitioners.

Do not see Dr. Mall!
Dr. Mall is the worst doctor. He’s rude, arrogant, doesn’t listen to the patient’s concerns and won’t take accountability for his mistakes. His staff was also very rude. Stay far away from him!

Dr Mall performed shoulder replacement surgery for me. He is very patient, explains what he will do, and is very exact in rehab. It has been almost 6 months now and I have great movement with no pain. His staff is easy to work with. I cannot imagine a better experience nor better results.

Brought son to see Dr Mall concerning an injury suffered while competing. Dr Mall was both encouraging and compassionate as there was going to be time away from sports. Dr Mall put a plan in place and we worked the plan. No issues. Another Dr had recommended surgery, but Dr Mall had another method that was equally, if not more, effective.

With the pandemic with the recent virus, my husbands appt with Dr Mall was pushed back. After talking with his staff, my husband needed answers because his pain level has been a 10 for many weeks. Dr. Malls staff suggested that we drop off our x rays and ct scans for Dr. Mall to look over. We did and he called the same evening explaining to my husband that he didn't believe it was his knee at all and that we should seek help with a back surgeon. He took his time on the phone with my husband, and was very Friendly - Informative - Patient. He recommended two doctors who could help and now we know where to go from here. We cannot say enough of this staff and Dr. Mall.

Dr Mall is more than just another ortho dr. When I went to his office I had already been treated by another ortho Dr to fix my knee. The previous dr had actually done more damage than good. Dr Mall did everything he could to fix my issue to the best of his abilities. He gave me so much of my physical capabilities back. He is kind and understanding. His office staff are just the best. I will never go anywhere else.

Dr. Mall performed ACL reconstruction for my daughter (15yr old). He was VERY professional, courteous and informative. Takes time to explain everything, and makes you feel very comfortable. My wife and I had no worries with our daughter in his care.

I never even got to see him or talk to him. His nurse practitioner only spoke to me and provided no information and did not answer questions or explain anything. Highly do not recommend. He might be busy but I don't pay to wait a long time and talk to someone else in his office.

I was not impressed at all with Dr Mall or his staff. Nothing professional about my visit to him. I waited for 3 hours and barely saw him. He said he would give me an injection and I waited another several minutes and he didn’t come so I got up and walked out. I don’t recommend him to anyone after my experience. He was also rude when I asked him a question about my x-rays.

Didn't look professional at all on first visit at all. His office staff dropped the ball when trying to schedule an MRI and didn't send over note to insurance, had to call multiple times to figure out situation, which should have a taken a few days took two weeks. His assistant is very confident or can't really explain things. Didn't even get to see him one visit because he was "too busy" so was left the choice to see his assistant or leave office when already there. Would highly not recommend.

I went in like many others and instead of him helping, he kept repeating what I already knew and made up his own idea of how the injury occurred, instead of listening to me in the first place and treating me like a human.

I had to jump through all the usual hoops just to get an MRI. Then after I got my results referred me to another dr. to get cortisone shot. I made an appointment and couldn't get in for 3 months!! I kept calling Dr. Malls office leaving messages asking if there any other doctors and NEVER in 3 months got a call back! So 3 months later go to referral doctor and she wouldn't do the injections! Moral of story I waited 3 months and paid 50$ for no relief! Horrible communication!!
