Dr. Nguyen is very friendly and easy to talk to. Her exam was very thorough and she explained what I needed to know. I plan on see her again.

Pleaee compare the price with other doctor office before paying. The office staff did not even try to deal with insurance to see if treatment is covered. For the past couple years, Dr. Nguyen double charged me on the treatment!!! I would not recommend her or this office to anyone.

Dr. Nguyen didn't treat the condition I went to see her for. She cancelled several appointments and her office didn't get the authorization needed from my insurance company to receive prescribed medication. I had to follow up with her administrative staff several times to get them to respond. I ended up switching to a different dermatologist.

We have been patients at Downtown Dermatology for over 10 years. While Dr. Nguyen is a great doctor, her practice is not run that well. There are ever rotating associates so developing a relationship with other docs is difficult. I would not recommend starting any acne treatments for your kids at this office. She has very few after school appts avail. The follow-ups are quite rigid and the amount of school missed is not worth it. There are many other derms who have after school hours.
