Horrible. Absolutely horrible. She schedules appointments at 1pm but doesn’t show up until 3. Her staff there is extremely rude especially the guy. I feel like they’re like this to the patients because we live in a lower income area. I went home one day and cried because she spoke down to me because I had questions about her referring me to every doctor for no reason (she’s referring you to her friends for $$). She drains medicaid. She schedules an appointment for lab results (which is normal) but will also schedule you for an ear cleaning on a completely different day when both could be done in one visit. I’m not sure how she’s allowed to do this. She lost my records and had no documentation in her system of a vaccine she gave me. Documentation is EXTREMELY important in healthcare. She wanted to give it to me again because she lost it and I refused. Please do not come here. No matter how poor you are , you deserve the same healthcare experience as people on the upper east side. <3

I have been seeing Dr. B for 3 years now, I have seen her across a few different offices in the city and Bk. She's been incredibly helpful especially in getting things done timely. She's always so caring. One time I asked her to explain my (normal) lab findings to me and she sat down for 10 minutes explaining how it worked. It was really nice of her and I am glad I found her. Only downside is she needs a new call center or receptionist - 'Steve' and 'Michelle' are literally the worst.

DR Babayeva is a very caring and very thorough doctor. She does not rush you and will do everything she can to help you. My brother and I have been using her for about 4 years and she is the best general medical doctor we have ever experienced. Her knowledge and expertise in knowing your symptoms and treating and curing them is outstanding .I recommend Dr. Babayeva very highly.

I find Dr. Babayeva caring, responsive and comprehensive in her exams. I trust her and have referred my two best friends to her. She has moved from her 68th street office, which is good because it was always jammed, and is now adjacent to Grand Central Station and the major subways. I believe the new office should cure my major objection which only concerned wait times. Patricia

My first appointment was fine, but it's gone way downhill from there. Over the 7 or 8 appointments I've had in the past couple of months she seems to care less or perhaps is just distracted by having too many patients and not enough office support. Also, they don't use ZocDoc at all apparently, because I've made 2 appointments on there and they never go through, causing me to go all the way to her office only to be turned away, or have to wait hours and hopefully be seen.

The wait is 2+ hours. Due to running late, she and the receptionist ask patients who are waiting to come back another day. The receptionist often gives a rundown of what everyone is having done out loud (eg, he'll announce to the waiting room, "Ms. X gets her sonogram next, then Mr. Y gets his foot exam, and then you have your EKG."). She keeps the door open during exams, and the whole conversation can be heard in the waiting room. There is no bedside manner as she is always so far behind.
