I visited the St Alexius emergency room in early November 2020. Dr Natalie Kmetuk was on duty. I had heart flutter which self corrected. She was very attentive and thorough with my problem. I would highly recommend her to anyone

Has the beside manner of a rock! Delivers cancer lesion on spine diagnosis as if she was telling you that you have a cold! Lacks warmth, empathy and looks bored and very irritated! When questioned, gets very defensive! I would never recommend her to anyone! The ER. Nurse was wonderful. Made this Dr look like nurse Ratchet from One Flew Over the Cuckoos nest. I would ask for another Dr if you encounter this one!
