Dr Luraguiz moved her practice to Shreveport,LA . My husband and I are now seeing her in Shreveport. She’s that great of a doctor that we now travel 2 hours to Shreveport for our doctor appointments. My husband and I both are in our 60’s and we can honestly say that we have never had a more knowledgeable and caring physician. We would highly recommend her to everyone

Dr. Natalia and her staff are an absolutely incredible group of people who sincerely care about the wellbeing of their patients. Not only does Dr Natalia take her time to listen to her patients needs, but also treats them more like a friend than a physician. It was easy to get in as a new patient as my wait time was short but well worth the little time spent. I have and will continue to recommend family/friends to use Dr. Luraguiz as a family physician. Lufkin is lucky to have her here.

Absolutely incompetent... Unfortunately we were assigned to her as our PCP. After my husband was in the hospital we had to wait over two weeks to get in then only saw a PA. (new patient, first visit) Two referrals were needed. For one referral we had to wait 4 months to see a specialist then when my husband got there they said he couldn't see the Dr because there was no referral even though THEY had set up appointment. I called and they faxed over referral but NO RECORDS were sent.
