Caring and friendly
Dr Flores fit me when my doctor was stuck in surgery. She was friendly, caring and made me feel very comfortable. It was an easy appointment in and out. thank you

Worst doctor I ever encountered.
If you are looking for a overbooked, long wait, rushed appointment, with no bedside manner or compassion then this is the perfect place for you. Also, what doctor calls their patient the day before Thanksgiving to deliver news of infertility OVER THE PHONE. How sad the medical world has become. Worst office, reception, and doctor I have ever dealt with. She doesnt care about her patients. It’s a factory operation there.

Highly recommend!
Dr. Flores is amazing. She helped me navigate my second pregnancy after I had a very traumatic birthing experience with my first. She made me felt seen and safe. I cannot recommend her enough.

My gynecologist of 46 years retired from this practice. Today was my 1st visit with Dr. Flores. It was exceptional. I expected a long wait time. Instead they were ready for me before I finished filling out the forms. The staff was so kind & efficient. When I saw Dr. Flores I was so pleased. She is kind, caring & already reviewed my notes from my previous doctor & was knowledgeable of my medical history. Dr. Flores asked if I had concerns & addressed them. The physical exam was very comfortable.

appt made a month ago, on our way there, after travelling 1 1/2hrs called to say we'd be running a bit late, the Dr was asked by the staff, finally we're told she'd wait 20min past appt time, when we were 3miles away (at 20min mark) we called again saying we'd be there in approx. 5min, only to be told that we'd have to reschedule. I explained that it took us over an 1 1/2 hrs to get there, that I took a day off work to accompany my daughter but the Dr was adamant. No compassion at all
