I was disappointed with her care as most of the visit she sat at her laptop typing. The assessment was minimal to none. Only listen to my chest. Thyroid, ears, circulation, pulse, mouth, skin, and pulses were not checked. If Ihad a problem under my clothing, she would not know. They have an assessment/examination table but it appears to have limited use, perhaps they’re saving the paper. 2nd visit was with a foot injury, again no assessment for nerve damage or pain level. Yet, they want to see you monthly.. they cannot fax, mail, or email. You have to pick up your documents. No consideration for disabilities/seniors. Not good, I was hoping for better.
