Dr. Nashwa Wahba, DO

Dr Wahba and her office staff worked diligently to help me get a follow-up appointment with ENT for Inspire. They made multiple calls on my behalf until I got an appointment.

The visit was outstanding but follow-up calls to the office go unanswered. I'm told by Apria, this morning, that they need more information and have reached out 3 times without getting any response. I've been waiting for a replacement CPAP machine since I saw the doctor on March 14. Today is April 12. Very non-professional.

My experience was outstanding. Dr. Wahba truly listens and wants to help. I needed Bariatric surgery and was highly unaware of the process. She explained it thoroughly and made the greatest effort to get this done as soon as possible so I could have my surgery as soon as possible. The staff was very nice as well. It's a family business and they seem to truly enjoy working towards patient goals.

I was a patient of her father's prior to becoming hers. I have never had any problem with my visits, sleep studies or communication with my DME. She is not one to push medications for sleep, this is out concern for her patients and being aware of their medical conditions. I came to this site because I may be switching insurance and wanted to make sure I could keep several Doctors she is definitely on my list to stay with. I don't know what happened in your case, but feel there must have been some communications snfu. I have always received the best and most professional service.

I'm an established patient and have been out of state. My apnea events jumped tremendously (I'm at a much higher elevation) so I called to get some tips or advice. I called once a week for 5 weeks; I left 5 messages - I never heard a word from anyone. I will be finding a new sleep doc the minute I get back to town.
