Dr. Stepanyan is the most kind, considerate, genuine, caring, and respectful doctor I have ever came across. She took the time to listen to my needs and spent a long time hearing out all my concerns. I am blessed to have found Dr. Stepanyan, I hope to stay with her for a lifetime. Thank you for all that you have done for me!

Dr Stepanyan is a caring, feeling and HUMAN doctor. There was a miscommunication with her staff and she went out of her way to go above and beyond to make it right. The only problem is there is only ONE of her. I wish more doctors worked at her level of care.

Don’t go to Dr. Stepanyan! She kept me waiting for an hour and STILL didn’t see me. I tried to make another appointment and the receptionist said there were none available for me. The Dr. called me and said the same thing and included that I need to find another doctor because I didn’t fit their criteria. And I have excellent insurance.

We finally found a carrying doctor for our mother. Dr. Stepanyan has been wonderful and helped us in so many ways. Even when she was on her maternity leave, she helped us to arrange my mother’s care and returned out call. We referred many patients to her and so far everyone thanked us.

She had me waiting 1.5 months for an appointment and then cancelled a day before. Find another doctor and avoid.

My first time visiting this office and was welcomed by a warm office staff whom made sure I was very comfortable while I waited.

Very thorough exam and relaxing atmosphere. She’s got empathy and gave a very good and clear explanation of the findings on my blood work. I felt comfortable enough to continue seeing her as my primary doctor.

Great experience

Avoid like the plague! The initial impression was good but then she failed on three occasions: a) to provide the approopariate paperwork for an exam for a kidney transplant; b) failed to be available for a scheduled appointmsn without notification; c) was completely unresponsive when I called and said I was in pain and feverish with a possible kidney stone. I asked what to do, how serious the issue was but in spite of leaving voice mail and email I was unable to get ahold of anyone giving me medical advice. Three times you are out!

Dr. Stephanyan is a caring and knowledgeable doctor. She is very diligent and kind. I am one of those weird people that has a fear of doctors and anything medical, and her lovely demeanor and attitude was a welcome surprise.
