Dr. Narciso Gomez, MD

Dr. Gomez was impatient and condescending. He refused to answer simple questions without sarcasm, and responded with an air of superiority. He suggested I find another doctor and raised his voice in front of staff and patients, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere.The office staff was equally frustrating. I was given incorrect change, which they denied until I provided proof. My prescription wasn’t sent as promised, and after a week of trying to get them, a Humana rep reached Carolina, the office manager, who was extremely unprofessional and condescending. She even told me she didn’t have time for this and to find another doctor. The office has limited hours and long lunch break, making them hard to reach by phone. Carolina claimed I was the only one having this issue and denied receiving my messages.I change doctor immediately after my 1st visit, but had to get the medication so was forced to deal with them but I hope this helps others avoid a similar experience.

It is with pleasure that I write about the great experience I had during my consultation with Dr Gomez. For what is worth I am writing this from the perspective of patient and a retired cardiologist who also had thousands of patient encounters during his career. Both Dr Gomez and the front office staff are very very welcoming and friendly and put me at ease. Dr Gomez was extremely patient and attentive while he allowed me to present my entire history and symptoms. This was followed by his asking pointed questions reflecting his expertise and experience. He then performed an examination and an anoscopy during which I was totally comfortable. Finally he spent a lot of time answering my questions and even draw on picture of the human body to explain to me what was going on.I left the office confident I was being managed correctly. I highly recommend Dr Gomez.

I have been lucky to know Dr.Gomez for years. By far the best surgeon I have ever met. Dr.Gomez and his team are amazing super attentive. Highly recommend.

Dr. Gomez is a patient and compassionate physician who consistently provides excellent medical care. I have been his patient for the past 8 years and I am extremely satisfied with my rapport with him and the care I receive. I trust him with my health and the environment he fosters makes me comfortable to ask questions knowing he will spend the time with me to ensure I understand the medical obstacles I face. His staff makes you feel at home and are an extension of his compassionate spirit. I highly recommend him without any reservations.

Dr. Narciso Gomez has the worst bed manners that a patient can get. In the surface he seems nice and eager to help, but that is only a facade that covers an impatient and petulant person, unwilling to understand simple questions from a patient and provide straightforward answers without sarcasm and airs of superiority. Poor guy. Just a poor guy.
