Dr. Naoir Zaher, MD

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this facility, especially with the doctor and staff. From the moment I arrived at the emergency room, it was clear that patient care was not a priority. The staff was unprofessional, unresponsive, and seemed indifferent to the urgency of the situation. Despite being in a clear emergency, I was left waiting far too long without proper attention. What’s even more alarming is that critical, life-saving fluids were refused during the course of treatment. This decision placed patient safety at serious risk, and I felt neglected in a situation where timely medical intervention was crucial. The lack of basic compassion and disregard for patient well-being was shocking. It is unacceptable for a hospital to prioritize anything other than patient care, and in this case, the failure to act appropriately could have had fatal consequences. I strongly urge others to reconsider before seeking care at this facility.

I take care of my cousin w special needs who was having uncontrolled grand mal and myoclonic seizures. Dr Zaher listens to his pts and family members and will go out of his way to find a solution. He truly has been the life saver for my cousin, who as of now has his seizures mostly controlled with as minimal meds as poss. He’s now able to live a quality life.

I was a patient in his office, the reason I went there because I have upmc Insurance, he came in the room without saying hi , he treated me as I’m not a human being, he didn’t explain me too much, he started to explain about my medication before explain what exactly goes on with me, I will never go back again, i will change him with another doctor, I don’t think he’s a professional doctor to trust!!!!!

His personality is not a doctor with experience, he’s rude in dealing with his patients, he doesn’t explain a lot so he doesn’t know a lot, i didn’t feel comfort in his office, dealing with american doctors much kore and more better than dealing with such person came from outside the usa, his age is so small to have a good experience, bad bad bad appointment i had ever had
