INCOMPETENT ERRONEOUS MEDICAL BILLING
She billed my insurance $1121.00,even tho I never saw her, heard of he or talked to her EVER!!! Her billing dates were 4-22-22 &4-23-22. I HAD NO MEDICAL NEEDS ON THUS DATES!!! I have tried to contact her & left voice mails at her office and physicians billing but to no avail!!!!
