I never got to even see the doctor. I move a lot for my job and I was attempting to establish a relationship with a new doctor. I got an appointment a month out all to be told the doctor won’t see me and then the nurse had the nerve to tell me they found an abnormality from my last pap from the previous doctor and when I asked what it was as I got normal results she said oh nevermind it was a misunderstanding, who says that to a patient.

I transferred to this office for pellet treatment after my doctor retired. As a new patient I was hopeful. The front office staff and assistants are wonderful. My 1st visit I saw Dr Cook and although she seemed a bit distracted she was very nice. I have had 4 treatments and there were issues each time. It seems even with blood work they could not get the levels right. Messages to the text service can go unanswered for days! When calling i constantly had to state and restate my issues as if no notes were taken. The last straw for me here was that I made an appointment in April for a May visit. The day before my appointment I received a phone call stating vitamins are now required to be purchased from them and it would be an additional $75!!! My appointment was literally at 8:30am the next morning! When I explained I already had the vitamins and they were NOT $75 they said the policy changed and was effective this week. But my appointment was made over a month ago under the OLD policy! I

Never got a phone call let alone a visit. ZERO Response. I have tried calling MULTIPLE time, submitting a form via their website MULTIPLE time, etc. They haven't called back. I even requested if they aren't taking new patients, just let me know. The lack of response is just RUDE!

Dr Cook’s office is neglectful. I’ve never had to advocate for myself so much. One of the receptionist is condescending and cold, and rather than acknowledging mistakes and approaching patients with empathy she is cold and unprofessional. Dr. Cook is unfortunately a reflection of that poor behavior and the unprofessional providers she refers her patients to. They are extremely over booked and mismanaging follow ups due to this. In other circumstances this is something a doctor should acknowledge and work to adjust so they can professionally and adequately meet the needs of their patients, but they do not in this office. It seems money is the motive. After receiving an ultrasound for her partner/referral lab wellstar on 8/2 i waited until 8/17 to receive my results. Dr. Cook makes false promises for better treatment service and it did not happen in my time dealing with the office. The second time i worked with her office and wellstar i was misdiagnosed by the lab and was there 3 hrs for

Dr. Cook is courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. Her staff is orderly, and her office is well-appointed. My visit was fine.

Excellent physician and office staff. On time appointments and knowledgeable doctor who takes her time with each patient. Love this office
