She is a very good doctor. The billing department is awful. I always have to call and get it straightened out. Keep all receipts and information from your insurance.

Dr Rao was very caring and nice the only thing I didn’t like was some of the nurses listened to my daughter and she has no say so over my treatment. I would have liked them to talk straight to me

Having had Stage I lung cancer, I was moving my care to McKinney now that I no longer live in Euless and it's a 90 mile round trip to visit my Oncologist at Texas Oncology in Bedford.
Dr Rao is very friendly and seems to be very competent. My nephrologist is familiar with her as they worked together during their residency and she thinks highly of her skills.
I was told by a friend who retired from the American Cancer Society that the best oncologists in Texas were all with Texas Oncology so I've remained with them for the past 3 yrs for that reason.

Dr. Rao are now done. I would recommend her to anyone. She has made me feel secure and safe during my cancer treatment. I had great trust in her guidance and she helped me get to the end of oncology. If I should ever need help again I will be calling on Dr. Rao. Will miss her giggle laugh and smile. Thank you for everything Dr. Rao.

Dr. Rao was very caring and thorough in her explanations of the treatment plan every step of the way with my cancer. She was available by e-mail as well if I had more questions in between visits, and always was encouraging.
