Excellent Doctor
Dr. Venditti is the best. She provided me with excellent care for my medical condition. She took the time to understand my situation and then provided a plan of action for me to follow to heal. She was thorough (checked all of the possibilities), proactive (followed up on a prescription that another professional had not called in), diligent (followed up with me), empathetic (great listener and bedside manner), direct (clearly explained my condition and what needed to be done for me to heal).I would recommend her in a heartbeat to any of my family and friends. I'm thankful that I met her at Urgent Care.

Condescending, unsympathetic, unknowledgeable
Wow, what a horrific experience. Tried to diagnose before even doing physical exam. Utterly dismissive and ended up being wrong. Told us to check Google, called my 40yo husband “kiddo” and clearly had to justify her pathetic existence as an urgent care doctor for some self-confidence as she only told us 12 times that she used to be a pcp. Tried to override husband’s pcp decisions despite not knowing any of his complex history. What utter garbage.

Poor prescribing choice
Physician was thorough and knowledgeable , however the medication she prescribed for a stye was extreme and had serious side effects, such as tendinitis, neuropathy and muscle fatigue .

Should not be working in urgent care
Went to urgent care after speaking with my PCP on the weekend with a rectal abscess. She took one quick look at it and in a reprimanding voice said “what took you so long to come in?” I had told her it just started the day before and got progressively worse and she did not believe me . She told me to go to the EW at NWH which I did in a very uncaring manner and left the room. Not a comforting and caring physician like I have been exposed to in the past . (I have worked at NWH for 20 years in the past)

Good experience
Came in with a lingering bad cough after a bout with the flu. Doctor V listened, did appropriate checks on lungs from all sides, and gave me two prescriptions that cleared me up in no time. She was kind, attentive and even funny throughout.

Probably the worst doctor I’ve ever visited. She does nothing and does not even listen to me describing my symptoms.

My son came in with cold symptoms and was concerned about Covid. He’s only five and he isn’t vaccinated yet so he was very scared. The doctor spent time explaining to him that it would be like a cold and not anything worse like that, urging him not to worry. She was very kind. Later that night, she called and spoke with my husband With the results knowing my son was scared. Took the time.

I saw Dr. Venditti for a fungal rash I'd had before and needed to get a prescription strength anti-fungal that I'd been prescribed before. She refused to write a script for me because she'd never heard of the cream I had used, then brushed off my attempts to show it to her. Our appointment felt very rushed and she was dismissive and rude throughout. Would not recommend.

I went in because I was worried I had a bacterial lung infection, and she barely listened to my symptoms before telling me what I had. She was condescending to me, and then I overheard her laughing at me to the x ray technician after I expressed concerns over the number of chest X-rays I had just be given.

Extremely rude and condescending. It was very clear she had already made up her mind about my diagnosis before even seeing me. She made no attempts to come up with a true differential diagnosis as a good clinician would. As someone who works in healthcare, I find her behavior extremely concerning.
