Nancy Quintero provided me information on how to get a blood test without the lab people having to puncture me several times, and the result was the first single-try successful blood test in the USA in memory. And when asking about my diet, she was the first to ask, when I said, 'salad', 'what is in the salad?' She has also been careful to keep track of cholesterol and blood sugar in blood tests. She has shown through drawings what the condition in the ears is, so that I can make sure I clean them properly.
