The Worst Staff Member!
I would not recommend anybody to see this doctor due to most incompetent staff members that are not able to set up an appointment properly and two months later find out that the appointment was not done! Imagine how will be the billing or other paperwork task. The worst thing that they not even admit that they did a mistake and not set the appointment; but they were laughing in the background; meaning the health of their patients are meaningless!

Dr. Pajaro is an amazing, understanding, kind and caring doctor! When I first came to her I had so many issues. She addressed each and every one of them. She didn't look at me like a crazy hypercondriac (I was kind of expecting her to...) she understood I had been without insurance for quite a while and had some serious issue's that DID need to be addressed! She never made me feel anything other than cared for. I drive from Gadsden to see her. She knows this and works with me on certain things such as labs (easier to drive up the road and have my blood drawn) than drive to B'ham/Trussville. The results get faxed over to her and she or her nurse contact me and discuss what we need to do...if everything checks out, she doesn't leave me wondering, she calls and lets me know. She stays on top of Insurance "PA's" and referrals...she's an amazing woman. I will continue to make that drive when needed as long as she is practicing! One last thing, ALL the staff is wonderful as well!

I have been a patient of Dr. Pajaro for many years and recently tried to get an appointment; I talked with the receptionist 4 times and was dismissed. The office staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. When I finally got an appointment, it was rushed and staff was rude again. I will not be going back.

I've been a patient of hers for 12 yrs. She is very efficient and thorough. She takes time out to actually examine you and listen to your complaints. She runs all necesssary tests to find out what the issue is. Furthermore, I can say that she does follow up with her patients to see if your plan of care is working or not. She tactfully speaks about my changes &/or improvement w/o making me feel guilt or shame about my weight, all the while coaxing me to eat healthy and exercise regularly.

Office staff is awful! I feel like I am at a free clinic when I go to her office. The girls at the front desk can be rude, show little compassion, and all around unprofessional. Her nurses change a lot. It seems like she can't keep a solid, long-term staff. She's lost her compassion it seems as well. Wait times are too long. I've tried to remain a patient out of familiarity but I am now seeking healthcare elsewhere.
