Dr. Nancy McKnight, MD

She’s a 10/10. Listens, empathizes and offers solutions! Her staff is lovely! Just as empathetic and concerned with their patients.

I had a very bad experience with Dr. McKnight. I was a patient of hers and I was struggling with depression and anxiety and she prescribed me antidepressants. I had been on them for just over a year when my anxiety started getting worse again so I called her office to make an appointment. The receptionist told me that they don't deal with those kind of issues. I asked if their office could refer me to somebody else. She told me to "just use Google." I asked her to check with somebody else and she came back and told me that she had confirmed that they wouldn't see me and that I should go to Urgent Care. I later realized that when Dr. McKnight's office had renewed my prescription, they had only given me 1 refill. (The first time they had given me enough refills to last a year). At no time did they warn me that they were only giving me 1 refill and that my medication would soon run out. And since her office had refused to see me, I'm assuming she was ok with letting me run out.
