Not Listening to the Patient
After having a miscarriage 4 years ago I will not EVERY go back to her. She delivered my 1st baby in 2016 although i had some complications I did not think nothing of it. I was a 1st time mom so i just was excited. and about 4 years later in 2020 we got pregnant again and i told her that something didn't feel right. I was retaining water instead of it coming off and it felt weird. She told me every pregnancy was different and i understood that but this felt real different. Long story short I had a miscarriage and all she could tell me was I'm sorry. I told her you didn't listen to me when I told you what i was feeling. Needless to say I have switched doctors and I truly liked her and her staff.

After my 5th appointment I’m not sad to say I will not be returning. The staff is amazing, prompt and polite with the exception of Dr.Magsino. For the SECOND time in a row notes were not taken correctly after my previous visit OR the doctor chose not to record these VERY important concerns I’ve had since day one and this has caused yet more set backs in my treatment. During each visit she would automatically assume the reason I was having other issues were due to this and that and would dismiss them or say to give it some more time with the new medication. Dr. Magsino is not a bad doctor however with each appointment she seemed like she was rushing and would speak over me to quickly get me out. She seems after today VERY narrow minded on issues I’m having and what I am expressing. She was SO incredibly focused on one issue and made that VERY VERY clear this visit as she repeatedly stated that when ultimately she failed to notate and actually LISTEN to the other issues. Disappointing.

had a simple question of whether I should get the booster vaccine. I put the message on the patient portal the doctor doesn’t answer the question, only rude nurses. The whole air of the office is that they simply don’t have time to answer my questions. Even getting the first appointment was difficult. I have to visit my father in the hospital and it was critical. I couldn’t even talk to the doctor. They said she is too busy and has fifty patients a day. I told them so should I find another doctor the staff was rude and said that’s upto me. No value for me as a patient. Dr. Magsino herself is nice and very knowledgable. She takes time to answer questions when you do actually get to meet her. However what you have to go through to get to her is not worth it. Very bad staff and she obviously I suppose, according to them, she has no time to see me among her fifty patients a day. Do not go here if you want to be valued as a patient.

I love Dr Magsino. Her staff has always been helpful and caring. I would recommend going to her. If I have had questions, her staff was wonderful about answering and making sure I understand everything about my care

I would never recommend going to this office. I was prescribed a med and it caused swelling and discomfort. I called to talk to the doc about whether it was safe for me to discontinue the med (an antibiotic), and the front desk turned me away. First they asked if I wanted a refill. When I explained what was going on again, they told me, quote, "It's your choice as to whether you take your medication or not." Then I called the pharmacist and they said I was having an allergic reaction!!!

I enjoyed having Dr. Magsino as my OB Gyn. She is very knowledgeable in her field. She treated my fibroids & just had a Myomectomy procedure. The challenge that I'm dealing with is her office staff. There is a lack of communication, professionalism & patient care. I've requested a medical letter to get temporary disability. The Doctor signed the initial form but her staff refused to give a letter. They said that they don't issue one. Then why did the Doctor signed the initial form? So confused!

HORRIBLE experience...I have 2 insurances and they made me pay all cost upfront...I just learned now that my 2nd insurance covered all the costs...I called them to get my $ back and they are still disputing it!!! If you can avoid this doctor do so...I went once...and obviously never again since I realized that they make $$ on their patients... I am pregnant, they told me that I would have to pay all my pregnancy cost upfront and that they will only net it against my insurance once I gave birth!?

I had an appointment with Dr. Magsino today and it was THE WORST doctor visit I have ever had. She had no bed side manner. She also had an incredibly disrespectful pompous attitude and she spoke down to me the entire time! And what made it even worst was when I decided to tell the nurse how I felt about the visit when I was leaving (so that I could easily resolve the problem) the nurse told me she went and spoke with Dr. Magsino and all she had to say was could she help me with anything else.

Worse doctor that I have EVER had! Maybe be good for Gyno side but not good for OB sides, lacks professional and character. Would not trust with a piece of paper

I recently started seeing Dr. Magsino and it's been a terrible experience. Her staff is very unorganized and unhelpful. I've had to call and remind prescriptions be put in and fight with them on paper work on short term disability due to problems during my pregnancy. There's no getting through to the doctor either because the staff just pushes you around to other people and I got different answers everytime. Save yourself the trouble and find a different doctor.

Loved Dr. Magsino and her staff! She has great bedside manner and as a first time mom she was very comforting and loving. Always took the time to answer my questions and explain things to me. I have since moved away and sad to leave her.
