Reliable Doctor
Friendly and caring staff. They have a sense of urgency. I've always felt welcome at the site. I've been a patient for more than 10 years there.

More about money
I thought I was going into an office committed to helping their patients and quickly came to realize they were more concerned with charging my insurance. I came into the office for my appt and the doctor wasn’t even there. They then asked me to reschedule via Telehealth and charged me for both appointments. Then they couldn’t complete a test and asked me to come back. When I said no, because I didn’t want to incur unnecessary charges, they assured me it wouldn’t be charged. No surprise when I received a bill with a charge for that appointment. And no other office charges a financial charge in addition to your bill. It’s clear they are more concerned with making money than patient care and customer service. The last thing someone wants is dishonesty when dealing with their health.

I went from very healthy at 50 to poor health at 56. I had been to see a pulmonologist, several primary docs, a cardiologist, a urologist, a neurologist, and a ophthalmologist. Spent a lot of time and money. Dr Lentine was the only doctor that diagnosed and treated my condition. I believe she saved me from an early grave.

This is the worst medical facility I've ever been too, and the worst care. First (and will be the only) visit - I came in for a blood draw, and had fasted for the tests as instructed. My appt was 9:30 am, I arrived at 9:15 - after a leisurely 2 hour wait in the tiny waiting room being completely ignored, I finally got a blood draw at 11:30 am. The phlebotomist missed my vein ( FYI I'm thin and have extremely prominent veins, as told to me by anyone else who's ever drawn my blood) and I started to faint when she "went in again to find the vein" (yikes)- they told me they didn't have a bed for me to lie down and that I'd have to go to Quest or Labcorp for my blood draw....this should have been my second red flag. An office that specializes in tests but cannot do a simple blood draw or handle someone that gets dizzy from a blood draw? oh boy. I called 4 weeks after my Quest diagnostic visit/horrible Lentine visit - to check on my results - and was told that "something happened at Quest

Dr. Saleha is the best! She really cares and has always been attentive to all my concerns. When I had COVID, she literally saved my life. She followed up with me almost every day virtually until I was out of the woods. I can’t say enough! Her medical assistant, Almina, was also amazing and so caring!

The front desk staff are so rude and unprofessional. It is getting to the point that I want to find another doctor because they make me feel so upset and uncomfortable every single time!!! The worst person to be the face of the practice in my opinion. If someone is that unhappy find another job!

The front desk receptionist Trish is ruining the practice. If this were my office she would have been fired a long time ago.

I am an MD, and I have been seeing Saleha Farzaie PA-C at Dr. Lentines office for the past few years. I highly recommend Saleha; she is extremely thorough, knowledgeable and personable. The staff in the office are wonderful, and readily answer questions and help with any billing issues. I have had a great experience working with Saleha and even though I now live 45 minutes away from the office, I will gladly travel to continue my top notch care.

I was greeted by a friendly and informative receptionist. I was taken in relatively quick considering there were a lot of patients there when I walked in. The young lady who took my blood was so friendly and she got my vein on the 1st try. (No digging around in my arm) Dr Lentine was very thorough and called me personally to go over my blood work in detail. I really appreciated the personal time she spent with me. The 1st time I felt comfortable going to the doctor ever.

So disappointing. After being a patient for over 10 years, never being late or missing any appointment (and putting up with the miserable staff), I missed one appointment due to an emergency and the office manager and Dr. Lentine, would not waive the missed-appointment fee. Terrible way to handle a very loyal patient!! Bad business!!

I see the PA, and I have Nothing but great things to say about the whole office. The front office is always so nice and welcoming, I usually get my blood drawn every other visit and the girls that do it are so gentle I don’t bruise or barely feel a pinch. The whole clinical staff is outstanding. They truly make you feel like you’re the most important person there. Sometimes the wait can get a little long and that’s because they don’t rush when they see you. They truly care about every patient!

I've been a patient for 1 1/2 yrs. now and am very pleased with the care I receive. I like that the doctor sees me as a whole person and looks at all aspects of my health to help me feel my best. You have to be willing to follow a diet plan, should she recommend one, and follow up with other blood work to see if you are improving your health status. I agree that the staff can be unfriendly at times, but when I consider how busy the office is, I can understand being grumpy once in a while ;-)

Front office staff is atrocious, rude and of no help whatsoever. Takes months to schedule follow-up appointments. Trying to get them to obtain authorization for a test is next to impossible. Will be finding new primary doctor.

I've had more visits with Dr. Lentine's PA then actually with her, and I have nothing but praise to express. I've never seen a doctor so comprehensive...pouring over my bloodwork and ordering appropriate tests. You have to be ok with the idea of being TOTALLY HEALTHY because that is the plan she will set you on. She is not a "just order a medication" for you kind of doctor. She orders meds if needed, but her approach is to make you healthy from every angle: nutrition, vitamins, supplements, etc.
