Dr. Nancy Goodwin, MD

Regardless of the prior reviews of Dr. Goodwin on this and other review forums, her staff is very friendly and wholesome. You can tell they work diligently and try their hardest to compensate to make all the patients their top priority.

Dr. Nancy Goodwin gets zero stars. My husband was very happy with her predecessor Dr. Kreuger and his files automatically went to Dr. Goodwin and he decided to stay with her until the final straw. She basically has her hand on the door the whole time she is in the office with you, acting like she doesn't have time for you. There have been times that he has shown up at the office for an appointment and the office was locked and closed. When he called them, they said they called him numerous times, however we have caller id and there were NO missed calls. He has paid cash for his visits and we get double billed regularly. He finally decided to use a different doctor in April 2022. He threw out his cash receipts from her office just recently. We just got a bill for $145 from the billing department for appts back to 7/21/2021. He paid cash for these visits. I called Goodwin's office and they said they do not do billing and their office and would not tell me where the

I had to change Dr.s when my insurance changed. I was lucky to find a nice old fashioned Dr. who had seen my rare condition before. Come to find out I I had been misdiagnosed previously. Either my last Dr. didn't know what to test for, or didn't bother.

Dr Goodwin is, to me, is a wonderful physician. She may spend more time with one patient than another, But that is because that patient may need it that day. She will spend the extra time with you when needed. She was determined to find my problems, and determined I had a blood disease, no one else could find. She takes the time with any situation. She is caring and does not treat you like a child if you don't follow her orders.

Dr. Goodwin is by far the worst physician I have ever visited. The wait for an appointment (evusually exceeds one hour. Your total time with the doctor is never more than 5 minutes, and she either lacks the ability or the energy to provide any type of diagnosis. The only time I received a “clinical” diagnosis it was rebuffed by a specialist. She also has a penchant for “firing” patients when they expect her to make an effort to get to the bottom of their medical issues. Run away!

She seems to be a bit lackadaisical in her getting to know the patient and their needs. My experience was not really good though I stayed with her for about 10 years. I regret it now that I am under the care of a pretty amazing doctor for my needs.
